Your Responsibilities
As a Front Office Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the reception area. This includes welcoming and registering guests, providing information about local attractions, handling administrative tasks, and addressing any guest concerns that may arise.
Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring, developing, and leading a team to foster high standards of customer service.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
Proven experience in a Front Office role at a supervisory level, such as Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Duty Manager (3 years preferred) Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera Experience in event management is highly regarded Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Positive demeanor, enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service Strong time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving Competence in using computers and Microsoft Office applications Experience in bookkeeping or finance is a plus High standards of personal presentation and grooming Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a teamBegin Your Journey with Us
