Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reception desk, including guest registration, information provision, and issue resolution.
- Lead and develop a team of customer service professionals, promoting high levels of service excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Front Office department, preferably at a supervisory level.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with Opera being a plus.

- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
