Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Front Office Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the reception area. This includes welcoming and registering guests, providing information about local attractions, handling administrative tasks, and addressing any guest concerns that may arise.
Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating, training, and leading a team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service.

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Front Office role at a supervisory level, such as Team Leader or Duty Manager (3 years preferred)
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera
- Experience in event management is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills
- A positive demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in bookkeeping or finance is a plus
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
