How You'll Shine
As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Reception desk. This includes welcoming and registering guests, providing information about local attractions, handling administrative tasks, and addressing any guest concerns that may arise.
Your responsibilities will also encompass building, developing, training, and leading a team to promote high levels of customer service.

What You'll Bring
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that you possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, such as Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Duty Manager (3 years is desirable)
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera
- Experience in events is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening
- Detail-oriented with an organized approach and the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, vibrant and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
- Bookkeeping/finance experience is highly regarded
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
- The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently
