Your Responsibilities

As a Front Office Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our vision to deliver exceptional vacation experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Reception desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Providing guests with information about local attractions and amenities.
  • Addressing and resolving any guest concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Leading, training, and developing a team to maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, ideally with 3 years in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
