About Your New Role
  • The Customer Relationship Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the mining equipment sector.
  • The role involves serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • The Coordinator will identify client needs and proactively suggest service improvements and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaboration with internal technical teams is essential to align services with client expectations.
  • Managing customer data using CRM software and analyzing trends to improve service delivery is a key aspect of the role.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and producing detailed reports for key stakeholders is also a critical responsibility.
About You:
  • A proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the mining equipment industry, is essential for this position.
  • Technical awareness with the ability to upsell products and services effectively is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via email, writing and phone manner to build strong, professional relationships are required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to meeting client needs are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Suite is expected.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven, and committed individual with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality is ideal for this position.
  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team is essential.
