The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Site Installation Coordinator. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for coordinating site installations of components on mining equipment, including some site fabrication.

You will lead a small team in assisting with vehicle builds by adding various items, identify and manage project variations, handle compliance administration, and provide regular progress reports.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team working on a mining company site, assisting with vehicle builds by adding various items such as balustrade, fire extinguisher brackets, and mounts.
  • Identify and manage project variations, handling compliance administration and site meetings.
  • Provide regular progress reports and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards, regulations, and codes of practice, including conducting toolbox meetings, site inductions, incident management, and maintaining site records.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A trade qualification as a boilermaker.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar role.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills for effective liaison with management, clients, teams, and suppliers.
  • Understanding of obligations regarding workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
