Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team as a Strategic Customer Success Partner. This role will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing existing strategic and critical relationships with our top-tier customers at nominated customer sites.
The successful candidate will serve as our primary point of contact for the customer site(s), responsible for attaining and promoting the voice of the customer within our organization and selling all Service Business Line offerings to protect our existing revenue and install base.
This role focuses on developing strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their specific needs, and developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and ensure that our products and services meet their requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to develop relationships and establish credibility both internally and externally, with a solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Experience in Account Management within Mining, Heavy machinery, Fixed Plant Assets, or similar is preferred.
- Good knowledge or experience in mining or mineral processing operations and equipment, and an understanding of where our products fit.
- Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interactions with customers, internal stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
