Drive Business Outcomes with Agile Excellence

We seek a seasoned professional to drive business outcomes through agile coaching.

  • Mentor, support, and empower ICT teams to adopt agile work practices.
  • Lead planning processes to guide the agile journey.
  • Develop and implement training programs, communications plans, and technical activities to embed agile principles into our culture.
  • Collaborate with business and ICT teams to adopt agile methodologies.
  • Support portfolio and program management and governance.
  • Set up workflow systems such as Azure DevOps.
The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Baseline or higher Security Clearance.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and other frameworks.
  • Experience implementing Portfolio and Program Governance and Management.
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills.
Additional Qualifications

Prior experience as a Scrum Master and expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) are desirable. Additionally, extensive experience working in government is highly valued.
