Job Title: Agile Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in Agile methodology and experience in driving large-scale transformations.

Job Description:

As the Agile Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and maturing Agile development practices within our organization. This includes training, mentoring, and coaching existing and new staff on Agile principles and methodologies.

Key responsibilities include creating metrics to measure Agile maturity, providing reporting and monitoring against these metrics, and assisting in the management of PI Planning processes. You will also mentor and guide the Agile implementation to improve workflow efficiency and ensure work flows toward delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management (Agile methodology)
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • SAFe 6.0 Certified
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile Product Delivery
  • At least 5+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in information technology project team management
  • Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams and leaders to achieve results
  • Experience in delivering training courses
