Job Title: Agile Transformation Specialist

As an Agile Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and ensuring the successful adoption of Agile methodologies.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise and experience in facilitating digital transformation initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Agile coaching plans, focusing on process improvement and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions aimed at upskilling employees and promoting Agile best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on Agile tools and frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization across the organization.
  • Facilitate regular Agile ceremonies, meetings, and workshops, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both digital and business teams, serving as a liaison and advocate for Agile principles and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with extensive experience in software development projects and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies, with a focus on Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach, train, and mentor colleagues.
  • Experience administering Agile tools such as Jira, with proficiency in workflow management and configuration.
  • Desirable skills include DevOps and automation experience, as well as proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
