Agile Transformation Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Lead to drive the implementation and maturation of a major Programme's transition to Agile development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation and maturation of a major Programme's transition to Agile development.
  • Provide training, mentoring and coaching to existing and new Programme staff in Agile methodologies.
  • Create metrics to measure Agile maturity and provide regular reporting and monitoring against these metrics.
  • Mentor and guide the Agile implementation to improve the ART's workflow, ensuring work flows towards delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide business continuity support to the Programme.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Australian Federal Government program and project management using Agile methodologies.
  • The ability to engage and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
  • SAFe 6.0 Certified.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Agile Product Delivery.
  • At least 5+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in information technology project team management.
  • Agile coaching or Enterprise coaching certification.
  • Experience in delivering training courses.
