**Job Overview**This role offers a unique opportunity to lead Agile teams in the digital transformation space.As a vital member of our organization, you will oversee and manage Agile coaches, Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Agile delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resource Management: Manage resource allocation for the Agile delivery section.
  • Digital Alignment: Ensure digital delivery aligns with business priorities.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
  • Methodology Implementation: Develop and implement Agile methodologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues related to Agile delivery.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A Baseline Security Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in Agile development methodologies.
