We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Transformation Lead to drive the implementation of Agile methodologies within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training, mentoring and coaching to existing staff to ensure seamless adoption of Agile principles.
  • Create metrics to measure Agile maturity and provide regular reporting against these metrics.
  • Assist in the management of PI Planning processes, including Product Governance Forums and provision of relevant reporting and documentation to stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:
