Agile Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

  • Analyze and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in adopting Agile approaches to achieve business objectives.

  • Evaluate and enhance Agile operating models to maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Agile practitioner or Scrum Master.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
