Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Transformation Catalyst. As a key member of our consultancy, you will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational development and a proven track record of delivering results-driven projects. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations.

Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to critically evaluate complex information and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about driving transformation and committed to delivering high-quality results. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in consultative or management roles are essential.
