About the Role

As a seasoned Change Enablement Manager, you will spearhead strategic change initiatives that boost business agility and drive innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement change management frameworks to ensure seamless transitions and minimal service disruption.
  • Develop and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols to streamline approval processes.
  • Craft and oversee end-to-end change management workflows to guarantee consistency and compliance.
  • Analyze and report on the impact of changes on services and business operations.
  • Dedicate stakeholder engagement efforts to foster successful change delivery across diverse environments.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, process design, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong background in Change Enablement within both public and private sectors.
  • Deep understanding of SIAM governance models.
  • Expertise in ITSM alignment, change frameworks, and service transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience working in Public Sector consulting environments is highly valued.
  • A pragmatic approach to delivering sustainable and measurable change outcomes.
