Senior HR Director for Global Strategy

At HR Partners by Randstad, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Director to lead our People and Culture function in Sydney Olympic Park. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing P&C strategies in line with business objectives.
Job DescriptionThis is a senior leadership position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/P&C generalist roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as developing and executing P&C strategies. Experience in similar organisations and industries such as marketing, media, communications, public relations, etc., is also essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of P&C professionals including payroll, and will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement organisational changes, including org charts and restructuring. They will also be responsible for engagement and feedback surveys, workers' compensation and return-to-work processes, WHS matters, and reporting.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute P&C strategies in line with business objectives.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, particularly at a senior leadership level.
- Lead a team of P&C professionals including payroll.
- Manage goal setting and performance review processes.
- Manage compensation and remuneration processes and reviews.
- Manage workplace relations (ER and IR) matters.
- Approve payroll runs.
- Implement organisational changes, including org charts and restructuring.
- Conduct engagement and feedback surveys.
- Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
- Responsible for WHS matters.
- Prepare reports on P&C metrics and KPIs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/P&C generalist roles.
- Experience in similar organisations and industries.
- A strong local and global name.

- A hybrid/flexible work arrangement (4:1 split).
