Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that will lead the People and Culture ('P&C') function and team, responsible for partnering with leaders in the business to develop and implement P&C strategies aligned with people, business, and commercial goals.

The successful candidate will oversee all verticals in P&C, including payroll, learning and development, organisational development, and Work Health and Safety. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, particularly at a Senior Leadership Level
  • Developing and executing P&C strategies
  • Leading a team of P&C professionals, including payroll specialists
  • Managing goal setting and performance review processes
  • Overseeing compensation and remuneration, as well as benefits processes and reviews
  • Managing workplace relations matters (ER and IR)
  • Approving payroll runs
  • Implementing organisational changes, such as org charts and restructures
  • Conducting engagement and feedback surveys
  • Managing workers' compensation and Return to Work processes
  • Responsibility for WHS matters
  • Reporting
  • Serving as an escalation point for field teams seeking HR and Workplace-related advice and matters

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior HR/P&C generalist roles
  • Experience working in similar organisations and industries, such as agency, marketing, media, communications, public relations, etc.

A competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. Additional benefits include:
