The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with our business goals, while ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of senior HR experience, with a strong background in generalist HR and a proven track record of success in similar organizations and industries. They will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, developing and executing P&C strategies, leading a team of P&C professionals, and managing goal setting and performance review processes.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing compensation and remuneration processes, workplace relations matters, and WHS responsibilities. They will be a key partner to our leadership team, providing guidance, coaching, and support on all people matters.
