Job Summary

HR Partners by Randstad is partnering with a leading global organisation to find a talented Head of People and Culture. This role will lead the People and Culture function, developing and implementing strategies in line with business and commercial goals.

Responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships, developing and executing P&C strategies, leading a team of P&C professionals, and managing goal setting and performance review processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement P&C strategies to drive business results
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, especially at a senior leadership level
  • Lead a team of P&C professionals, including payroll and learning and development specialists
  • Manage goal setting and performance review processes, including compensation and benefits
  • Manage workplace relations matters, including ER and IR
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of senior HR/P&C generalist experience
  • Experience in a similar organisation and industry, preferably agency, marketing, media, communications, or public relations
