About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of People and Culture to lead our P&C function and team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement P&C strategies aligned with our people, business, and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, particularly at senior leadership levels.
  • Develop and execute P&C strategies.
  • Lead a team of P&C professionals, including payroll specialists.
  • Oversee goal setting and performance review processes.
  • Manage compensation and remuneration processes, including benchmarking.
  • Address workplace relations matters, including ER and IR.
  • Approve payroll runs.
  • Implement organisational changes, such as restructuring and org chart updates.
  • Manage engagement and feedback surveys.
  • Oversee workers' compensation and Return to Work processes.
  • Be responsible for WHS matters.
  • Provide reporting and serve as an escalation point for HR and workplace-related advice.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior HR/P&C generalist roles.
  • Experience in similar organisations and industries, such as agency, marketing, media, communications, public relations, etc.
