Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development

HR Partners by Randstad is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the People and Culture function in Sydney Olympic Park. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior HR/P&C generalist roles and a strong background in organizational development, payroll, learning and development, and Work Health and Safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing P&C strategies, managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, and leading a team of P&C professionals. They will also be responsible for managing goal setting and performance review processes, compensation and benefits, and workplace relations matters.
To be successful in this position, the candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders. They will also need to have a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to implement organizational changes.
