Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR function and drive business outcomes. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals, developing and implementing HR strategies, and providing expert advice to stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop the HR function to drive business outcomes and improve organisational capability
  • Manage a team of HR professionals to provide expert advice and support to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives
  • Liaise with key internal departments, including Finance and WHS, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve organisational capability

About You:

You are a degree-qualified HR professional with over 10 years of professional HR experience. Membership of a professional organisation such as AHRI will be looked upon favourably. You have a proven track record of managing stakeholder groups, complex organisational structures, and holding your own with senior leaders. You are an excellent communicator, adept at balancing business risks with commercial concerns, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
