We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Events Coordinator to join our client's team for a 9-month contract. This full-time position will offer you the opportunity to manage both digital and in-person events, contributing to flagship events, and working remotely with a supportive and dynamic team.

Job Description

This role involves:

  • Organising and managing digital and in-person events from start to finish
  • Assisting with the flagship annual event
  • Setting clear objectives and targets for events, and developing plans to achieve them
  • Promoting events and liaising with Members
  • Gathering feedback and data after events to ensure continuous improvement
  • Managing event budgets and ensuring spending aligns with financial plans
  • Problem-solving and hosting events to ensure seamless execution
Key Responsibilities
  • To successfully deliver end-to-end event management from conception to completion
  • To maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
  • To develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events
  • To continuously evaluate and improve event delivery processes
Requirements
  • A formal qualification in Events Management or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event management
  • Proficiency with databases and online platforms
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed communication, organisational, and administrative skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgement
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and on time
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures

What We Offer

Fuse Recruitment offers a competitive salary package with benefits that include a hybrid work arrangement. The estimated salary range for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
