We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage the operational aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution from handover to operation execution. You will be responsible for optimising the execution of our events and conference product range to drive maximum revenue into the business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile events. You will have the ability to leverage your exceptional organisational skills in a multi-purpose venue, suitable for a wide variety of events. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also vital, enabling seamless collaboration with vendors, clients, and team members.

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction regarding the operational aspects of event implementation, ensuring customer service, budgetary and operational requirements are met. You will maximise earnings potential through up-selling or cross-selling the venue or property. Additionally, you will manage the Hospitality event team and work with applicable external providers, venue managers and executives, to ensure the effective end-to-end execution of all events.

We offer a comprehensive salary package of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus benefits including complimentary meals on site, discounted parking, and lifestyle discounts.
