We are seeking a skilled Sydney Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at DAB-Jones Lang LaSalle (NSW) Pty Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a real impact on the success of our business.

About the Role:

  • This Sydney-based role will see you providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, managing events, access badges, and security protocols.
  • You will also be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing mail and couriers, coordinating meeting room requirements, and assisting with event planning.
  • In addition, you will assist with general administrative tasks, support the team as needed, maintain documentation, and perform daily inspections of premises.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build effective client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the site's financial operations meet targets and compliance requirements.
  • Implementing and maintaining operational procedures and best practices will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.
  • You will need to adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in event management and procurement.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, knowledge of facilities management practices, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software are also necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team are expected.
