About the Role

Linfox Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring service delivery meets contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, prioritizing relationship-building and service delivery excellence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships, facilitate business operations reviews (BORs), and ensure timely contract reporting.
  • Present operational and financial insights to stakeholders, supporting tenders, pricing, and presentations that showcase Linfox as the preferred Healthcare supply chain solution.
  • Review and establish customer contracts and agreements for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new customers, driving successful implementation and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in business development or account management within complex Pharmaceutical or Medical Device supply chains, or equivalent operational experience with a proactive approach to relationship management.
  • Exceptional client-focused solutions skills in fast-paced, multi-customer environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of revenue models, rate cards, profit/loss statements, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics.
  • Proven ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and/or agreements.
  • A self-motivated, analytical, and methodical approach to driving results.
What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise and passion, Linfox offers a competitive salary package including an estimated $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
