Business Development Manager

At NRMA, we're seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth by strategically identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead NRMA's growth by strategically identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence
- Develop and execute innovative battery and towing sales strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to drive customer growth and penetration of emerging markets
- Develop business plans, proposals, and partnership agreements with defined key performance indicators to drive sales growth and customer retention; across CSC networks, B2B Accounts and NRMA Group businesses
- Cross-collaborate across NRMA group businesses to develop and optimise a unified sales journey for battery and towing services
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics in battery sales
- Foster robust relationships with internal and external business partners to drive budgeting, pricing strategies, and product development
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of business development within mobility and related industries and the ability to understand client needs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ethical and professional conduct in all business interactions
