About the Role

Linfox Healthcare is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure service delivery meets contractual commitments
  • Research and analysis of existing and prospective customers to drive organic growth
  • Proactively manage customer relationships, facilitate Business Operation Reviews, and contractual reporting
  • Provide operational and financial insights to stakeholders and support tenders and presentations
  • Review and establish customer contracts and agreements for new and existing customers
  • Manage new customer integration and ensure a seamless transition to implementation

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or account management in a complex Pharmaceutical or Medical Device supply chain environment
  • Providing client-focused solutions in a fast-paced multi-customer environment
  • Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, profit and loss, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and manage contracts and agreements
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and methodical with a drive for results
