About the Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Linfox Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial part in attracting and securing top professionals for our business. This includes both blue-collar and white-collar roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to build organisational capability and culture.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and market intelligence to guide recruitment decisions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.
  • Utilise various channels to discover top talent, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously refine our recruitment approach.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role.
  • Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Excellent ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of the operational requirements and challenges within the logistics industry.
