Internal Sales Professional

Our national glass company is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Professional to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and orders related to our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, and will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide order status updates.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Educate customers about our products, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in the glass, building materials or manufacturing industry is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer service software is preferred.
