About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer interactions, engaging with customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email to ensure all enquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
  • Support sales success by preparing and sending quotes, processing orders, and following up on sales enquiries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on building connections that go beyond just business transactions.
  • Assist with stock control, re-stocking shelves, and picking and packing orders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Be adaptable and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the team and the store.
