The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sales revenue, acquiring new customers, and contributing to the company's profitability. Key responsibilities will include:
- Servicing customer inquiries by phone, email, and the trade counter
- Providing external sales executive support with sales leads, quotes, and orders
- Building and developing customer relationships through strong customer service
- Providing product support and resolving customer issues
- Identifying opportunities and producing leads for the sales force
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
- High level of enthusiasm, strong negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- High levels of integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Good computer literacy skills
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
