Key Responsibilities

Talent Focus Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our client's team in Richlands. As a key member of their sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering sales revenue, acquiring new customers, and contributing to their profitability.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects via phone, email, and the trade counter.
  • Support external sales executives with sales leads, quotes, and orders.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Offer product support, resolving basic customer issues and providing expert advice on product solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for the sales force and generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments.
  • Contribute to the company's culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional who:

  • Has a self-motivated approach and can work well unsupervised;
  • Displays high levels of enthusiasm, strong negotiation, and communication skills;
  • Can work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Exhibits high levels of integrity and honesty, with a commitment to exceptional customer service and support;
  • Has good computer literacy skills;
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
  • Can work effectively in a team environment;
  • Has experience in Fasteners, Industrial Supplies, and/or Hardware industries (highly valued);
  • Holds full unrestricted Australian work rights.
