Job Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our network of strategic partners across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with strategic partners to ensure their clients' legal needs are addressed;
  • Building long-lasting relationships with industry stakeholders and reporting on the results of launched initiatives;
  • Growing our partner network through project-managing events and marketing campaigns to maintain a consistent flow of inbound partners and partner sourced referred leads.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong sales and/or partnership experience, preferably 3+ years. You must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently and have experience working with a business where SMEs are the end customer. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who executes tasks, drives results, and keeps an eye on the bigger picture. They are commercially minded and focused, a relationship builder with experience in developing partner programs, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
