Job Summary:

The role of a Strategic Alliance Manager involves fostering collaborative relationships with partners to drive successful client engagements.

This position requires a professional with expertise in Change Management consulting, data analysis skills, and a passion for implementing technology solutions that enhance client outcomes.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing joint alliance plans, participating in partner onboarding, establishing routine feedback channels, and overseeing the setup of partner-specific Orgvue tenants.

A strong candidate will possess an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences, or related fields, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting roles. Prior experience as an Orgvue user is preferred.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage joint alliance plans with strategic partners
  • Participate in partner onboarding and project delivery
  • Establish routine feedback channels to manage the partnership
  • Oversee the setup of partner-specific Orgvue tenants
  • Co-create and oversee training and enablement plans for partners
  • Deliver basic training to partner users
  • Coordinate training for advanced solutions with other stakeholders
  • Manage and execute core deliverables on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences, or related business disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting roles
  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a user of Orgvue
