Job Description

As a Strategic Alliance Builder, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of strategic alliances with key partners. Your primary objective is to create a thriving ecosystem that accelerates customers' time-to-value and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing joint strategies with partner sales teams to drive success across ANZ and other leading Global and Regional SIs.
  • Building and executing the engine that powers joint success, focusing on joint offerings, engagement rules, and target markets.
  • Managing the onboarding of new services partners, enabling existing partners on Snowflake features and best practices, and ensuring a smooth, compliant process for joint engagements.
  • Collaborating with partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint services opportunities, building a robust pipeline and helping partners scale with Snowflake services.

This role requires a builder who thrives on creating successful alliances and wants to be at the forefront of the data revolution.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software or cloud technology company.
  • 5+ years focused on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Strong understanding of services contracts, SOWs, and subcontracting and partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with senior executives at Snowflake and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
