The role of Partner Practice Manager is crucial in driving growth and success within the Professional Services team in the ANZ region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to partner with key partners across ANZ, collaborating with sales teams to create joint services opportunities and manage master services agreements.
As a strategic business builder, the successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software or cloud technology company. They will also have a strong understanding of services contracts, SOWs, and subcontracting and partner agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Go-to-Market Strategy with Snowflake partner sales teams to drive joint success with key partners.
- Select and onboard new services partners, enabling them on Snowflake features and best practices.
- Manage contract and commercial aspects of joint engagements, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.
- Collaborate with Snowflake partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint services opportunities, building a robust pipeline.
- 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role.
- 5+ years focused on Professional Services sales.
- Experience building and managing relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
- Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
- Strong understanding of services contracts, SOWs, and subcontracting and partner agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
