Client Success Associate

The Client Success team embodies a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring that every Gartner client receives unparalleled value. Associates in this role strive to understand client business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify effective ways to support clients in making informed decisions. Their responsibilities include onboarding clients, proving the concept of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement with products used by large client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with clients, from senior C-levels to junior professionals, across various industries.
- Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision-makers.
- Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities, recommending programs of action that drive high value and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value.
- Achieve demo goals, including calls per day, demo quality, and close/pipeline advancement rates.
Requirements
- 12 months of relevant professional experience.
- A proven track record of success, fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
