As a Customer Success Associate, you'll form a crucial part of our sales and operations teams in Australia. You'll report directly to the National Sales Manager and work collaboratively across departments.

Your Mission:

You'll provide operational support to our Australia-wide sales team, focusing on creating seamless experiences for merchants and partners. This hands-on role requires someone who excels at problem-solving, collaboration, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing CRM account data, including hierarchy, contacts, account details, and preferences.
  • Conduct post-go-live check-ins with merchants and partners, providing training as needed, and ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Own and manage T1 and T2 customer configuration updates off the back of outbound check-in calls, leveraging Customer Support when required.
  • Oversee merchant retention on all T1 and T2 offboarding requests.
  • Work closely with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a positive merchant experience.
  • Manage changeovers related to T1 and T2 account resignations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills – articulate both in writing and verbally.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and administrative experience.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of CRM usage is a plus, but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
