We are on the lookout for a Learning Success Associate to join our small Learning Team in the APAC region. This role involves ownership and delivery of programs of work that align to initiatives associated with learning and development. You will partner with business leaders and HR to provide the interface between the business and L&D.

Through consultation with stakeholders, you will understand and quantify L&D requirements to effectively curate and direct towards global solutions available or off-the-shelf solutions provided by local vendors. This is a true business partnering role where your communication skills and ability to foster and develop relationships are key to your success.

The Learning Success team works closely with Capability Development Managers and the Learning Solutions team to ensure proposed solutions provide efficient, high-quality learning experiences.

Ongoing support and learning will be provided for you to continue developing and focusing on your passion to grow within the niche field.

Requirements and Experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a HR support role or strong interest in L&D with experience in an admin or support capacity working with stakeholders.
  • Tertiary education in HR or related field such as Business, Commerce, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources.
  • A genuine passion for developing people, with a focus on continuous improvement and impact.
  • Strong business writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong concern for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Learning agility.
  • Experience in working with people with a range of experiences and backgrounds.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
