Role Overview
The Senior Client Success Manager will play a vital role in our School Partnerships team, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers across multiple states in Australia. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for driving customer success, developing your team's skills, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to meet renewal targets and drive customer satisfaction.
- Closely collaborate with the VP of Sales and peer Customer Success Team Lead to align team goals and objectives.
- Work closely with Product and Educational Content teams to stay informed and capitalize on opportunities within customer portfolios.
- Analyse customer relationships and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Train, manage, and coach team members to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Champion best-in-class processes, practices, and efficiency, leading upskilling and training initiatives.
- Promote professional development, career guidance, hiring, performance coaching, and promotion of team members.
- Foster strong collaboration between your team and the broader Atomi business, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Educational Content.
