As a Client Success Associate, you will ensure clients understand and surface business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify effective ways to support them in making informed decisions.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing relationships with various clients, from senior C-levels to junior client professionals.
  • Introducing Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, communicating value to decision makers.
  • Facilitating client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend programs of action that drive high value and return on investment.
  • Collaborating with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value delivered to clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months of relevant professional experience.
  • A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
