About the Role:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to create value across the digital ecosystem.
  • Lead high-performing teams, inspiring passion, professionalism, and innovation.
  • Mentor and coach junior colleagues, fostering their growth and development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of the agency environment and its complexities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and risk management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving new business opportunities, from identification to conversion, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for perfection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the CX space, preferably managing or leading projects that involve multiple external and internal stakeholders.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
