We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Chief Commercial Officer to lead our national sales team in Australia. Key Responsibilities- Drive National Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the Australian fitness industry.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our Managing Director, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and Document Sales Procedures: Create and maintain sales procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations.
- Assist with Sales Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the Managing Director and Finance team to develop and implement sales budgets and forecasts.
- Deliver Accurate Sales Results: Provide timely and accurate sales results and financial reports to the Managing Director.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary or Business-Related Degree: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in managing a winning sales team, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Industry Experience: Experience working in the fitness industry, sport, leisure, motor vehicle, or recreation industries.
- Product Background: Experience working with products, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
