Commercial Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead our national sales team and drive business growth in Australia. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts, and provide regular sales performance reports to the Managing Director
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Ensure all commercial staff are aware of sales and productivity targets and have strategies in place to meet those targets

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the commercial fitness industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer service
