Matrix Australia, a leading player in the fitness and leisure industry, is seeking a highly accomplished Chief Commercial Officer to drive national sales growth and lead a high-performing sales team. As a key member of the Executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, working closely with the Managing Director and Head of Marketing to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights to drive business growth
