Job Title: Commercial Account Executive

Temperzone Australia is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our Melbourne office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our customer-centric culture among existing and prospective commercial and residential partners in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • On-board and develop new customers to meet growth expectations and expand our market presence.
  • Maintain high-level customer relationships, ensuring positive representation of Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on commercial leads for assigned customers to ensure timely conversion and growth.
  • Develop and implement supply plans with domestic builder programs to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly budgets for both Temperzone and Hitachi, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure customer growth meets or exceeds market trends, providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Champion Temperzone and Hitachi products, providing high-level sales support and technical expertise to customers.
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic account and territory management, including pricing and marketing support to customers.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven sales history in the HVAC industry, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account and territory management, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with experience in using these tools to drive sales and business growth.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends and the Australian competitive landscape, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.
  • Sales process or management qualifications, with a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • A trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or Electrical is advantageous, as is a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
