Account Executive Opportunity at Temperzone Australia

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Melbourne office and promote our customer-centric culture among commercial and residential partners in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to drive growth and retention.
  • On-board and develop new customers to meet sales targets and exceed market trends.
  • Maintain high-level customer relationships, ensuring positive representation of Temperzone and Hitachi products.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on commercial leads and develop supply plans with domestic builder programs.
  • Achieve monthly budgets for Temperzone and Hitachi, ensuring sales growth meets or exceeds market expectations.
  • Champion Temperzone and Hitachi products, providing high-level sales support and developing relationships with trade, commercial, and residential customers.
  • Provide strategic account and territory management, including pricing and marketing support.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with the branch manager and communicate proactively with the sales team via regular reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working with established brands or projects.
  • Proven sales history in HVAC or associated industries.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account and territory management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends and the Australian competitive landscape.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Sales process or management qualifications.
  • A trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or Electrical is advantageous.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background is advantageous.
